North vs. South was the billing for this event and a huge crowd showed up at Wallerfield circuit track straight-away to see this battle. The final result for this round was North-1, South-0. However the battle is not over yet. Word has it that the South boys were just testing the waters.

For a very short time we were worried that ACH-5 was going to be another rainout. Luckily for MK Promotions the rains held up and the show was a refreshing success. There were a few new show car arrivals and the massive Mr. Solo Too catamaran, last year's Great Race champion. The bikers were most present and even managed to do a few stunts for the crowd. The evening's highlight was the sound clash between car audio giants Spawn and The Green Civic Crew which generated a roar from the crowd that was heard all the way from Movietowne at 10:30pm.

Trying their best to get better spectator turn outs, the CARS committee decided to incorporate a head 2 head course at their night event. While competition stays with the original format, the head 2 head was the highlight for the fun runs and will be good cause for better spectator turnout at their next event. Talk about excitement!

• Solodex Head2Head - 24th July 2005 (Shared)
Solodex is more of a competitors sport and less of a spectators sport. ut when they put two mirror courses and place cars head to head, this has all the excitement and instant gratification of drag racing, but with cones and corners!!! This was a BLAST!!!

CARS 6 2004
D
ubbed "Death by Punga" by the CARS executive, this course was worthy of being the last. The fat lady even sang and made the rain come down as dexers made their way around the cones, chocking a few in the process. Red Bull was on hand to revitalise the drivers after a hard night before and their representative, Tricia got her fair share of attention. First timers included a silver 350Z which was a joy to behold as it snarled around "Death by Punga" while Tim's Lotus Caterham 7 and Kirk's Turbo CVT Exi? did not disappoint. Mark showed everyone how to drift an automatic March in the wet and Crix finally found the handbrake. The Ho's Kirk (Ho Hing) & Wesly (Honda Ho) really made their rounds this time around driving everyone else's car. Even the Buntah Wagon got a piece o' the Punga. Click for Pictures!
TTDRA Inaugural Drags 2004
So it didn't exactly have timing lights and a few very minor things need to be ironed out. It was however, Trinidad & Tobago Drag Racing Association's first official event and it was alot of fun. Billed as the official replacement for the popular 'gangsta' drags, TTDRA was actually born from the same series of gatherings. Now that it has been organised, we can look forward to safe, more organised Sundays at the Wallerfield tracks, provided of course there's no other Motorsport event on in T&T. The event was held on the circuit track with permission from TTASA and eTECK (PIDCOTT). While some big guns declined to even attempt running on this rough southern track, the street cars had a welcome field day.

AutoSport Racing Association TEST & TUNE.
Sunday 12th August 2004. The event was held to provide relief for the people of Grenada with canned foods and bottled water being collected at the door in addition to the proceeds from the meet itself. Attendance was nothing short of stellar and an entire pickup tray was overflowing with contributed goods to be shipped to our brothers in need after hurricane Ivan devastated their homeland. Best runs of the day included an 11.3 record setting pass by Faisal's daily driven Evo7, 11.494 from Andre's muscular Dodge Charger and the RWD Street Champ, Yancee in his S14 Silvia doing 11.9. The show stealers however were the Daryan Warner's Porsche Gembella which bogged on the launch to run 12.8 while Shamu's 125cc shifter kart ran 15.0 @ 70.4mph. With just a single week of promotion , 5 other parties going on in the same area, plus the regular nightclub parties being held, the ZorceRAVE managed to pull hundreds of electronica fans (they couldn't resist the Pied Piper's melody) away from their routines and jam pack them into the Harricrete warehouse filled with lasers, visuals (including NP's new $1/2mil Ultra ad), kick-ass music from 3 wicked DJs and lots of Red Bull which gave them enough energy to do it until 7 in the morning!
