This was a fun read....it was very interesting to see how the stock ecu advances and retards ignition timing based on the a/f ratio and how increaing the voumetric efficiency without the tuning can actually net you lower hp figures. A good example is exhibited in this pdf when they install a less restrictive intake system on the 4G63...a great read for those trying to decide how to increase performance in the beginning stages. Great bang for the buck as well.
