no difference if the car is RORO or local?
also, i guess it's by registration date, and not manufacture date.

hence my 2000 reg 96 manufactured vehicle. will cost $2k to transfer instead of $100

^^That isn't supposed to happen, ro-ro cars are transferred based on Y.O.M. Knock-down and brand new cars are transferred based on registration date.

when u say insurance policy...what exactly do u mean? if the insurance for the vehicle is expired...what is the position then? doesnt it make sense for the buyer to purchase a new policy? would a cover note for the day work?
