right foot on brake
left foot depresses clutch
downshift into neutral (foot still on brake)
release clutch and simultaneously blip throttle with right heel / rool right foot so edge of foot blips throttle while still braking.............purpose of this is to match engine and gearbox speeds and keep revs up
depress clutch with left foot (right foot still on brake)
Downshift into gear
release clutch
give it gyass

he still doing it too slow............losing momentum in neutral and he downshifted too soon. The idea is to match gear and wheel speed. He was going too fast for the selected gear, and induced engine braking.......this costs time, and upsets the balance of the car, particularly when cornering
