Tearing into this old beast to find the problem...


Engine access is pretty good with this flip front...


I found the problem! Apparently somehow this snake managed to get inside the engine and eat the timing chain. Obviously the engine couldn't run without it's timing chain. I found the snake coiled up asleep under the timing cover.

^Never spoke with much old british wives Laughing , but yeah, british car restoration requires alot of cash unfortuneately.

Customer's car. It ended up being a total engine rebuild. I have some pics of it completed, will post them up soon.

Been a while... Aarif in case you still wondering, it was not a real snake, it was the broken timing chain!

MG Man call me and harass me into logging onto Zorce, so I decide to show a lil something... Let me see who could identify the cars.
