Well most of you see something looking like the pic below on a
*4X4 vehicle,
*Tow truck
*or even on the new T&T fire services Mercedes Benz firetrucks.


Most people know that it's a winch.It's basically a motor,a drum and steel wire and used for pulling purposes.
In off-roading it can be used for self recovery or just pulling out a stuck vehicle.
