The original idea was that only the front sign you can read everything with the words blocked on the others but on the LCD I did not realize that I cut out the "By OR" as for the angle I centered it and then cropped the photo ( I do that most of the times so that I can choose a better crop ) .

What do you think about the pic before the Police sings ?

Aright... so to grab all the words in the police sign, probably come down a bit.. and it would have all been there... Smile

The previous pic with the steps, looks cool like it should be in an ad or a book cover or something. You could write a whole story on it and the interpretations.. Smile

So that was just painted there huh?

Yes it was painted on the wall of a building that was broken down ( Used to be Santa Monica Cor Anna ST ) .

Hey David,
The glass shot... hmm good try.. it's really centered and sharp... feel free to defend the image..

The flower great colour contrast, not sure if it's just image quality for the web, but the flower could be a little sharper.. but the purple against the green is great.

The Glass shot I shot it from over the bar and I would of liked to move the 2 glasses on the bottom right I tried many different crops .

The purple flowers I think that I over did it with the contrast and should of cloned out the red spot on the background.

The purple flowers, I'm more forgiving of the contrast because I can see that the light is strong in the overall image... Because the pink one's background is out I'm guessing is why it comes across as a bit over exposed..

Well I have been playing with the Brightness/Contrast in PS before all I did was a Light High Pass filter , and on the last 2 flowers I might have over done the contrast , On the pink flower I shot this just before 6:00 PM and found the did not look right ( Auto ,Macro and no flash ) so I tried the same shot with flash and got the flower much brighter and the background almost totally blacked out so I used that image cropped cloned out the background and went to town with Brightness/Contrast in PS.

I will try some work on the others .

Keep em coming... What about if you took some of the tones out of the auto mode shot (if it's not that 'contrasty") and combined it with the flash shot (pink flowers)?
