TTKA Announces 2005 Plans

Karting will now have 2 New Classes and a packed raceday with practice, qualifying, heat1, heat2 & Final Race for each class. More night events are also carded for this year. The new classes are "Sportsman" for kids (9-12) and the World recognised "Rotax" fully spec'd class for advanced drivers. The sportsman class already has 4 new drivers while the Rotax class is rumoured to be packing twice that.
Shifter Class moves to a lower min. weight of 385lbs, Tires are now TTKA-spec (dry) and fluid catch cans are a must. Track preparations start from Feb 13th at Pier 2, Chaguaramas. All members and well wishers are encouraged to lend a hand. From membership fees to cornering diagrams, it's all now in PDF format! Click the links to download the new rules and appendices for 2005.
