For car enthusiasts, finding car parts can sometimes be a chore, even with the regionally famous ‘Bamboo’ foreign used auto parts districts at our disposal in T&T. While some new parts like windshield are available there, when you can’t find a replacement or afford the dealer’s price you have to look elsewhere. The same goes for aftermarket parts if local tuner shops or distributors do not have them in stock and you need to get them quickly. Similar norms also apply to consumer electronics, clothing, shoes and many other goods. It’s fairly common these days to search and shop online on Amazon, or even bid on your item in an eBay auction, if you’re really hard pressed to find it. But when it’s time to ship it home, what do you do?
