CarCraft2 2009

Known for his absolute dedication to the craft of customising cars, Roger Perreira and company have put on the sequel to the original CarCraft show! The huge venue allowed the majority of T&T's audio & custom cars to be on display and in competition. The Marlboro Red Riders Crew offered chances to win their Ducati 1098-S production superbike and play the MotoGP video game, while Automotive Art, Monster, Laughlin & DeGannes, BLink, Greendot and Balroop's/VISTRAC also joined the customized craziness!

Classic and Muscle Car Show '09

A hugely successful, first-of-its-kind event in Trinidad & Tobago. Who would have thought that we've got all these classics and muscle cars tucked away all over T&T– from the Ford Model T all the way up to "modern" classics like MGs and Minis. As for the muscle cars, it was time to put away the "rice" and bring on the "steak"! Attendees said they want to come again next year! We're all for it!

Chop Shop Summer Autofest

For the second time ever, EcoPark was home to a car-related event. Although rain meant limited parking on the greens, there was no shortage of cars, music and people.

Location: EcoPark, St. Helena, Trinidad, W.I.

MK Promotions' AllCarHolics 5

For a very short time we were worried that ACH-5 was going to be another rainout. Luckily for MK Promotions the rains held up and the show was a refreshing success. There were a few new show car arrivals and the massive Mr. Solo Too catamaran, last year's Great Race champion. The bikers were most present and even managed to do a few stunts for the crowd. The evening's highlight was the sound clash between car audio giants Spawn and The Green Civic Crew which generated a roar from the crowd that was heard all the way from Movietowne at 10:30pm.

Yes folks they gave away a second pimped out Honda Civic as the door prize! Republic Bank was present to show tuners how affordable their sport can be. And despite the rains the crowds still ventured out to see what the 7th installment of the CC series had to offer!.

T&T Biggest Baddest Car Show saw it 6th successive event with a massive crowd, all with hopes of winning a pimped out Honda Civiic. One lucky patron drove the wicked ride home that night after 20 finalists tried their luck.

TTKA - Trinidad & Tobago Karting Association

TTKA LOGOIn October of 1978 three local circuit racers, James Fifi, Gregory Solis and Gordon Gonsalves, attended the US Grand Prix at Watkins Glen, New York state, then drove down to Florida to finish their vacation. While in Miami they ended up at a karting event one night and an idea sparked in their minds. At the time, circuit racing was very popular in Trinidad with dozens of competitors taking part in race meets at the Wallerfield circuit. The problem was that, because of the large number of drivers, the quickest were often separated by the classes in which they competed so some of the best drivers never actually drove against one another in evenly-matched cars.
